
Orlando Martinez
Chief of StaffAs a first generation American and college graduate, Orlando Martinez has built his career around public service, community advocacy, and fighting for everyday people. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Public Administration with a Minor in Social Sciences, combining his passion for government, leadership, and helping others. Today, he proudly serves the people of Woodbridge, focused on being an accessible voice for residents and working to build safer neighborhoods, stronger communities, and a government that puts people first.

Jennifer Williamson
Deputy Chief of StaffJennifer is a seasoned military spouse who has spent years moving around the country alongside her husband in the Army. At tiny Fort Irwin in the Mojave Desert, she taught writing classes. In Waco, she worked for Chip and Joanna Gaines at Magnolia. Along the way, she has embraced every community. Now that they are stationed at the Pentagon, Jennifer is proud to help Jeannie build a better Woodbridge!
In addition to her work in the Supervisor’s office, Jennifer teaches English literature and composition at NOVA and Germanna Community College. When she is not helping constituents, she can be found at the library, reading, writing, or preparing for her next class. Jennifer has a happy heart and is here to serve!

Brian Landrum
Director of Land Use & Public RelationsWoodbridge District Planning Commissioner
A local businessman, attorney, and historic preservationist, Brian returned to government service to advance Supervisor Jeannie LaCroix’s resident-focused vision for a safer, more beautiful, and more prosperous Woodbridge.
Brian currently serves as Woodbridge District Planning Commissioner and Chairman of the Prince William County Architectural Review Board, working closely with Supervisor LaCroix to evaluate land use applications, promote smart growth, and attract high-quality development to the Woodbridge District.
Outside of government, serves as Managing Director of a national political advertising firm. He is a proud husband and father of one daughter.

Stephanie Babcock
Director of Neighborhood OutreachStephanie Babcock is proud to have called Woodbridge home for more than 20 years. As Director of Neighborhood Outreach for the Supervisor’s Office, she is passionate about strengthening our communities and improving the quality of life in Woodbridge neighborhoods. Stephanie is excited to serve residents in this role and help connect our community with valuable resources and opportunities.
In addition to her public service work, Stephanie is a Realtor and E.M.T., which has given her a deep appreciation for helping people during important moments in their lives. Outside of work, Stephanie is a devoted dog lover who enjoys spending time with animals and the community she proudly calls home.
